Sign Damon for 10 to 12 mil. per year. Ideal for NYY is 2 years option for 3 with buyout for 2 mil. Damon won't do that so I wouldn't go any more than a 4 year signing. If a fifth year is required by Damon, I would make it an option year with a 2 mil. buyout.
