06/17: Clippard Demoted
According to
Peter Abraham, Tyler Clippard was demoted to triple A Scranton after
yesterda's start. Clippard's first run with the MLB Yankees ends after 6 starts. He went 3-1 with a 6.33 ERA. We won 5 of the 6 games he started.
Kevin Thompson is up in his place to provide some depth. Mr. Abraham also mentions that Kei Igawa will likely be brought up to start Saturday against the Giants.
