11/03: Phillies Call Sign Stealing Rumors False
MLB.com's David Gurian-Peck reports that Phillies manager Charlie Manuel and center fielder Shane Victorino have both come out to dispel the rumors that the team steals signs through the use of a camera or bullpen personnel, as
shared by Dodgers third base coach Larry Bowa.
