04/01: Sheppard Will Miss Yankee Stadium Debuts; Paul Olden Filling in
MLB.com's Bryan Hoch reports that Bob Sheppard will miss the opening exhibition series with the Cubs, on April 3 and 4, as well as the Yankees home opener on April 16, as
expected.
Paul Olden will fill in for these three games. Olden's had a long career in broadcasting, but I'll always remember him for his brief stint on WPIX in the mid-90s, as I'm sure many Yankees fans do, as well.
