11/15: Torre Finishes Third in Manager of the Year Voting
Eric Wedge was named the
American League Manager of the Year. He received 116 points (19 first place votes, 6 second, 3 third). Second was Mike Scioscia with 62 (4, 11, 9), third was Joe Torre with61 (5, 8, 12) and fourth was Terry Francona with 13 (0, 3, 4).
