12/20: Report: Yankees Hoping to Match Chien-Ming Wang's Best Offer
Here's an interesting note from
Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe on Chien-Ming Wang:
Fifteen teams have inquired about the rehabbing righty, according to agent Alan Nero, and while Nero wouldn’t confirm which teams are involved (except the Yankees, who would like to match any final offer) you can bet the Red Sox are one of them.
There is a limit to what they'd match, I'm sure, but it's good to see them take this position. Hopefully, we can get Wang back in pinstripes for 2010.

just sign Ben Sheets for a 1 year deal (no guarantee) with a one year option
then sign Aroldis Chapman for a two to three year deal. This is a talent the Yanks cannot pass up.
Then they will move Joba and Hughes to the bulpen
DONT TRADE GARDNER... Hes the future of the Yankees OF and is an amazing talent. Trading him would be plain stupid. Unless it is a great pacage in which we get a good LF hitter and a pitcher, I hope we dont trade him. Another possibility that he might get traded is if the Yanks get Holliday but i doubt it.
Even though Capps is great, the Yanks dont have the right package for him.
